1 Christian conversion is not mandatory. It is mandatory to be open minded & partake in related activities, presentations & discussions; on & off premises.

2 Persons abiding are not required to profess Christian beliefs, but must respect & uphold Christian moral conduct, on & off the premises. All house rules apply on & off the premises, unless by nature exclusively apply to an on premises context.

3 ABSOLUTELY NO:

3.1 Drugs, alcohol or tobacco.

3.2 Non-marital sexual conduct or gestures or pornography.

3.3 Course language or gestures.

3.4 Aggressive or abusive behavior or gestures.

4 ONLY Christian related media & materials (TV, radio, stereo, movies, music & literature), unless BLM administrative permission is granted.

5 This is a non formal LIFE SKILLS BOOT CAMP ‘type’ environment.

6 Violation of written or verbal rules may result in immediate eviction.

7 Written & verbal rules may be adjusted by BLM administration.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

8 Rental agreement is between BLM n.p.s. & tenant(s) as a non-profit/business contractual agreement not a Landlord & Tenant Advisory Board agreement; all disputes are to be resolved through Small Claims Court/Mediation processes.

9 Notice on both sides is 30 days unless tenant(s) evicted for violation of rules; constituting them breaking the contract & 30 day notice; tenant is liable for said 30 days. BLM may wave part or all of its rights if tenant cooperates responsibly.

10 Reimbursements are returned to the financial source, i.e. government.
