            … Which MANUSCRIPTS?

In simplicity ...

The Old Testament was originally written in Hebrew & Aramaic (Chaldee),

referred as the Masoretic Text, still read in the synagogues by the Jews today. Archeological manuscripts found & dated to be hundreds of years before Christ emphatically agree with these texts with any variations being pretty much limited to spelling differences without theological deferential significance. Other manuscripts were derived from this text so they can not be more accurate.

The New Testament originally written in Greek was passed down through the true Christian communities as the Received Text (also referred to as Majority Text, Byzantine Text, Textus Receptus). There are over 5,000 Received Text manuscripts which represent 99+ % of all New Testament manuscripts. The Received Text manuscripts present a perfect theological consensus, with nominal spelling variances of no theological significance.

The remaining less than 1% (~45) purported New Testament manuscripts are divided into a number of different groups … differing nominally to extensively ... not only from each other, but more importantly from the Received Text manuscripts, hundreds & even thousands of times.

Though, most main truths are pretty much maintained ... these imposters create inconsistencies & confusion ... which creates doubt concerning reliability regarding the accuracy of God's word ... at times obscuring important doctrines.

The 'King James Version' (KJV) / 'King James Bible' is the only Bible exclusively translated from the:

Masoretic Text for the Old Testament.

Received Text for the New Testament.

Thus the most accurate bible ... not perfect) ... but much more accurate than the best of the rest, especially on the the key truths. Further, the KJV is easily compared to the original languages for clarification. More below.

The 'New King James Bible' & the 'New American Standard Bible' are the next most reliable translations. Most bibles containing the main truths about God & His perspective are thus fine for general reading. However, use the King James Bible for discrepancies, referring to the original language manuscripts as required.

Differences can be resolved by simply referencing the words or portions of scripture in the King James Bible then the original languages through books assigning numbers to each original word so you can study their meanings without learning the language. Just be sure that your original word references are from the Masoretic Text for the Old Testament & the Textus Receptus for the New Testament.

Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance with Hebrew-Chaldee & Greek lexicons (dictionaries) is based on the:

King James Bible for its Concordance (list of KJV English words numbered to the lexicons).

Masoretic Text for its Hebrew-Chaldee lexicon.

Received Text for its Greek lexicon.

If you have problems reading the King James Bible, as it was written 400 years ago in Middle English, then read another version i.e., The New King James & use a King James Bible & Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance for referencing.  *1

Also very helpful are Interlinear Bibles: the original language with English words directly below. Good are:

  1. INTERLINEAR GREEK-ENGLISH NEW TESTAMENT - Numerically Coded to Strong's Exhaustive Concordance by BAKER.

I use '1.' for New Testament studies & '2.' for Old Testament studies.

God said, He would preserve His Word & He has

God, through Isaiah, chapter 40, verse 8 ... The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever. [1]

Jesus said, in Mathew 24 … 35Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. [2]

God, through 2Peter 1: ... 19We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: 20Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 21For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

God, through 1Peter 1: ... 23Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

24For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away: 25But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.

God, through  2timothy 2 ... 15Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. 16But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.

God through Jude ... 3Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. 4For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ. 5I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not. 6And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. 7Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

God through John in Revelation  22 ... 6And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done. 7Behold, I come quickly (What is a 100 yr lifetime or 2000 yrs compared to infinity) : blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book. 8And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things. 9Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God. 10And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand. 11He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still. 12And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 13I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. 14Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. 15For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie. 16I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star. 17And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely. 18For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

20He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. 21The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen. [3]

These are God's final Words in Scripture !

In the 1880's, 2 wolves in sheep's clothes, B. F. Westcott & F. J. A. Hort said they were just going to update the King James Version Bible English.

They perverted the Greek Text, then with ridiculous conjecture convinced a naive/perverted academia that the  less than 1% (~45) adulterated Greek manuscripts, hidden in the dust for a millennia, were more accurate than the 99+% (5000+) accurate Greek manuscripts, passed down by millions of true Christians, who for 1500+ years were persecuted, tortured & killed by a false church, persecuting those who read God's word for themselves, because it exposed that church's hierarchy's hypocrisies - otherwise, why would Godly people kill those that love God's word.

These true 99+% (5,000+) scriptures were copied out in numerous distant communities, in different countries for 1500 years ... most of the copies destroyed by the God haters or deteriorated by use & time. Yet, through a horrific history they still emphatically, impeccably agree ... as God promised ... His word would endure to the end.

Every new English version bible since the 1880's has been tainted by the Westcott & Hort adulterated Greek New Testament perversion.

Scriptural doctrine accordingly is going over the cliff.

Example, the bible tells us about ... good & bad doctrine ... good & bad religion ... how to appropriately vs. inappropriately judge.

Many Christians are ... anti-Doctrine ... anti-religious ... against judging.

Except by choice of vernacular it is impossible to avoid any of these issues ... that is why scripture talks about positive vs. negative perspectives, not prohibition.

They marveled at Jesus' doctrine. Modern Christians are anti-doctrinal. No doctrine means no order - anarchy.

Religion & philosophy are synonymous ... our views about life are by nature philosophical & thus religious, they do not need a name. God describes good & bad religion. Christians today say they are non religious - again, impossible.

"You judged me brother, you shouldn't judge." The person saying that is ignorant of the fact that they are judging the person that judged them. The bible teaches us to judge according to God's word in the Spirit, not to judge according to the world in the flesh.

If we would only ... pause & think ... "be still & know I am God! I will guide your thinking & direct your steps ... if you wait on me," saith the Lord of ALL.

The peace of God be with you !!!
